I am VERY proud to say that I’ve received a testimonial from EVERY client I’ve worked with.

Yep, I mean that. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.

How? I’ll tell you…

  1. Don’t wait until the end of the project to ask for a testimonial. You want to ask 3/4 of the way through because everything is going well, you’re communicating regularly, and you’re more likely to get the testimonial. Plus, it will ALWAYS be a true reflection of the time you’re working together.
  2. Host testimonials in more than one place. I host my testimonials on Google, TrustPilot, and LinkedIn.
  3. Incentivise your client to post on all three platforms. Why? It organically helps your SEO, not to mention it looks GREAT when people see so many awesome reviews. Not everyone uses LinkedIn and Google, so TrustPilot helps as well. Sometimes you may get them in an email so you can say something along the lines of “If you post this to all three platforms, I give 15% off the next service you take with me”.

What are you waiting for? Get asking!
