My journey

Living with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Long Covid, POTS, MCAS, and ADHD (and possibly entering perimenopause - lucky me!), I understand firsthand the importance of leading a clean lifestyle, both internally and externally.

My journey has taught me the value of resilience, adaptability, and the power of a holistic approach to health.

I maintain a gluten-free diet, prioritise gym sessions (as often as my health allows), and am mindful about alcohol consumption.
